Located in Repentigny, a suburb of Montreal, Vigilance Santé has been developing databases and drug analysis software for nearly 30 years to provide front-line healthcare professionals with tools. As part of our team of approximately 70 employees, you will participate in stimulating challenges in a dynamic work environment. Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, the HR Advisor will serve as a Human Resources generalist. The position holder will manage various HR programs and processes. They will also support managers in addressing HR challenges and opportunities, providing advice on best practices to engage their teams while considering the work environment and organizational culture.

* Please note that this position is for a minimum duration of 15 months to cover a maternity leave replacement.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment processes, including developing recruitment strategies, posting job openings, sourcing qualified candidates, processing applications, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in workforce planning, performance management, talent management, salary policy implementation, and employee relations.
  • Ensure all federal and provincial laws are proactively applied and managed in all HR-related matters.
  • Coordinate the occupational health, safety, and wellness committee, ensuring compliance with various health and safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Serve as a resource for employees on HR processes, internal policies, working conditions, and benefits.
  • Develop or contribute to the development and implementation of HR management policies, programs, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of various modules of our HRIS platform (Workforce Now).
  • Participate in various HR department projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Business Administration.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in written and oral French.
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • Member of the Order (CHRP, CRIA), an asset.
  • Experience in the field of IT is an asset.
  • Experience with Workforce Now or any other HRIS is an asset.
  • Interest in recruitment.
