As a Direct Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our company’s growth and expanding our presence in the Canadian market. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role is ideal for someone who is results-driven, skilled in negotiation, and passionate about creating tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Development:Actively prospect new clients through various channels (cold calls, networking, conferences). Present products and services, develop strategies, close sales, and meet established targets.
- Client Relationship:Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmaceutical networks. Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction and foster client loyalty.
- Negotiation:Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions while addressing objections to close sales successfully.
- Market Analysis:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide feedback to management to adjust strategies as needed.
- Administrative Follow-Up:Maintain accurate records in the CRM, prepare regular sales reports, and manage contracts and sales documentation.
- Team Collaboration:Share strategies with other departments, collaborate with the Integrator Account Manager, and actively participate in team meetings.
Requirements:
- Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in direct sales or related fields.
- Consideration will be given to any combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
- Customer satisfaction-oriented attitude.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Solid business acumen and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Experience in the technology and healthcare sector is a plus.
